CrossFit Kokua's Summer Camp provides a safe and empowering environment for young athletes aged 7-13 to develop strength, confidence, and teamwork skills through functional fitness training. Led by certified coaches, our program focuses on safe, effective workouts that build both physical and mental resilience, fostering a community where kids can thrive and grow together.
