Eric found CrossFit in 2017 and he immediately fell in love. His first workout was hero WOD “Roy” and then later that week a half marathon row which solidified that this sport was for him. The constant variation and experimentation with different equipment, specialties, time frames, and weights always presents a mental and physical challenge. He started coaching in 2018 and continues to study all fields of fitness to improve and provide the best possible learning environment for his athletes. His favorite aspect of coaching is seeing the breakthroughs. People hitting that weight they’ve been chasing, getting a muscle up, or double under finally clicking. Seeing all the hard work pay off and the joy that comes across their faces is second to none.
