Kokua Teens is designed to teach foundational movement patterns in an energetic, group environment. We will focus on CrossFit’s ten components of fitness: cardio, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Class Times: Sundays: 9-10am Wednesdays 7-8pm Cost: $10/class or $50/month
